Peer Session 2026: Exchange, Feedback and New Perspectives

As part of Peer Session 2026 organized by Innovation Salzburg, Daniel Antlinger and Christian Litzlbauer from Alphaport OG were once again invited as experts to support female founders and their businesses with feedback and practical experience.

For Alphaport, this was already the third participation, highlighting the importance of such formats for the regional innovation and start-up ecosystem. The direct exchange with dedicated founders, new ideas, and innovative business models not only provides valuable insights, but also creates opportunities to share practical experience and learn from one another.

The Peer Sessions are part of the SHAPE Program by Startup Salzburg, a pre-incubation program for innovative and scalable business ideas. The goal of the program is to support founders in developing their ideas further, validating feasibility, and building market-ready business models. Workshops, peer sessions, and pitch events provide space for exchange, feedback, and practical development.

Unlike traditional workshops, the main focus of the Peer Sessions is direct interaction: founders present their ideas, discuss current challenges, and receive feedback from experienced entrepreneurs, coaches, and fellow participants. This process helps sharpen business models, identify challenges early, and further develop innovative approaches. Honest feedback, different perspectives, and open discussions often lead to new ideas and valuable impulses for the further development of projects. Especially in the early stages of a company, this kind of exchange can be crucial.

For Daniel and Christian, the event once again provided the opportunity to contribute their practical experience while also gaining exciting insights into innovative projects and new ways of thinking. Particularly valuable was the open dialogue with the female founders, who presented their ideas, discussed challenges, and developed new perspectives.

As a company that strongly values practical, hands-on approaches, Alphaport OG highly appreciates initiatives like these. Innovation often emerges where different experiences, perspectives, and competencies come together.
